"This couple, both school teachers, knows all about "doing your homework", because when it came time to choose a builder for their new home, they certainly did theirs. They wanted to invest in their dream home - because they believe it is the one they will live in for a very long time.

"Sue learned exactly what the words "Expect More" mean when she built her Heller Home. During the building process, Sue came to appreciate the service that went beyond her expectations, which is a trademark of Heller Homes.
Heller Homes' policy is to make weekly contact with customers while their home is under construction. Typically, we phone our customers every Monday with updates. "A week never passed where I didn't talk to them." This was particularly important to Sue, because she made quite a number of modifications to the home's floorplan.
Since her home was built, Sue has stayed in touch with us, calling with questions as they have arisen. "Most builders would have told me that these things were not their problem," stated Sue. "But not Heller Homes. They are good people to deal with, and they run their busines in the most honorable fashion."
